A Corner Breeze Cottage is a privately owned 3 bedroom cottage located a short walk from the sandy shores of beautiful Lake Huron in the family-friendly town of Southampton, Ontario.  Ideal for vacations, or weekly/monthly rentals.

It is located in the quiet, sought-after area of South Beach and is a pleasant 5 minute walk to the sandy beach, bike/walking trails, a tennis club, and new fitness centre.  The cottage is a bright and airy three-bedroom, all-season property that sleeps 6 to 8 with amenities such as:

• Fully equipped kitchen with Hanover cabinetry, dishwasher, and microwave
• Laundry conveniently located off the kitchen
• Updated 3 piece bath
• Double-sided gas fireplace providing ambiance in both the main living area and the master bedroom
• Internet, Satellite TV & DVD
• Garage
• New front and rear decks with BBQ.

Rates & Availability

• June through September - $1200 to $1350 per week. 
• October through May - $350 per week
• June through September - deposit $200 per week rented (due within two weeks of reservation, balance due 14 days prior to booking).
• Rental week runs from Saturday to Saturday. Check in at 3 p.m., Check out at 11 a.m.
• Please, no pets and no smoking.
